Bella Capri Hair, LLC is not responsible for lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped from one of our warehouse locations. Bella Capri Hair, LLC will not refund, or reship any order that shows “delivered”, or any order lost/stolen once in the possession of USPS. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS!

RETURNS or EXCHANGES will only be permitted if it is a mistake on our end.

BELLA CAPRI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY REFUND/EXCHANGE. 

Handling Time: 

Processing will began 5-8 BUSINESS days after payment is received.  Shipping will follow. The 7-10 BUSINESS days shipping timeframe will begin only after you have been emailed your tracking number.

*We can only quote a timeframe for shipments, which is provide to us by the carriers. The timeframe can vary and can take longer or shorter than the time quoted. Hence, all Bella Capri’s warehouses are NOT local.

  1. Products will be shipped via USPS, DHL, FEDEX, or UPS.  Purchasing multiple products and orders may cause products from order to be shipped from different warehouses where arrival time of products may vary and packaging.

We will NOT cancel or refund any orders if the shipping timeframe is longer or shorter than what has been quoted. With NON-LOCAL shipments we cannot promise a definitive day or time of arrival, just an estimate.

FRAUD:

All orders will undergo validation from our Fraud department, to detect and stop any fraudulent orders from being placed from our website. This is an attempt to protect all of our customers and their personal information.
